We cordially invite you to the Convocation Ceremony, Samvartan Sanskar, Yagna, and Havan, conducted in a Vedic manner. This historic ceremony will be held in the most sacred presence of P.P. Swami Govinddevgiri Maharaj and on the sacred land of the Sanjeevan Samadhi of Saint Dnyaneshwar Maharaj, the great pioneer of the Warkari sect. We believe that this will be a very divine and dignified experience for all of you.

A video recording of the Bhishma Samavartan Sanskar ceremony will be made and shared with all universities and colleges across the country to guide and inspire them on how to celebrate convocation ceremonies in accordance with Indian cultural traditions.

P.P. Swamiji will honor all students with a Samavartan turban, ceremonial robes, and a Samavartan message certificate.

Important Instructions :

  1. Please specify the course you have completed in the link.

  2. Accommodation costs are not included in the ceremony fee. There are a variety of accommodation options available in Alandi and Pune. Details of some are given below. You can book directly based on your convenience and preference.

  3. The ceremony will include morning tea, breakfast, and afternoon prasad. 

  4. The last date for registration is 30th September 2025. 

  5. If your family member or anyone else wants to join this ceremony, they too need to register on the link. The ceremony fee for them is Rs. 2000/- (USD 30) per person.

  6. Dress code is compulsory. Saree for women and kurta pajama-dhoti for men. Auspicious dress is required.

  • 9:00 am – 10:00 am – Welcome, registration, breakfast, and tea.

  • 9:45 am - 11:00 am - Samavartan Sanskar Yagya Havan.

  • 11:15 am - 12:30 pm - Convocation of students by P.P. Swami Govinddevgiri Maharajji.

  • 12:30 am - 12:45 pm - Chief Guest Talk.

  • 12:45 am - 01:15 pm - Blessings and Enlightenment by P.P. Swami Govinddevgiri Maharajji.

  • 1:15 am - 1:30 pm - Vote of thanks and Vande Mataram.

  • 1:30 am - 2:30 pm - Prasad (Lunch)

  • 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm - Vedashree Tapovan Darshan.

  • 3:30 pm - Departure after tea.
