Course Introduction: The Upanishads are a part of the Vedas. The original source of the entire Indian Vedic philosophy is written in the Upanishad texts. The perfect invention of the very highest level of human intelligence, which is called Ritambhara Prajna, is visible in these Upanishads. The Upanishads give us knowledge about the balance of Vyashti (individual), Samashti (society) and Parameshti (universe) and their innate relationship. The stories of the Upanishads teach us which path we have to walk in order to lead a happy, welfare and prosperous life for the whole world. The Upanishads have the ability to bestow the spirit, mind, intellect and spiritual divine bliss beyond reason. The Upanishad gives us such knowledge that is very easy and accessible, which can be adopted by any human being in the world. Adequate discussion has been done in the Upanishads on moral life, study, social order, good governance, Purusharth, environment, art and culture. We get a wonderful and supernatural bliss from the Upanishads. It is necessary for every Indian to have knowledge of the Upanishads and the moral stories described in it.
